By using BuildersInvoices.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided as a demonstration of trade invoicing tools.
Use of the service
- You must be 18 or over and a legitimate UK tradesperson or business to use the full features.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and calculations you create.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Invoices and payments
BuildersInvoices.com helps you create invoices and, when you choose Pay with card, sends the customer to Stripe Checkout to pay that invoice. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored here. VAT, CIS and tax obligations remain your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost revenue, incorrect invoices, or business decisions made using the calculators or dashboard.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
